Carb heavy lunch after torching my poor glutes and legs this morning! Targeted closely on adductor muscle tissues, that are so essential to work if you wish to get that full peachy booty! 🍑 Lunch included GoGo Quinoa pasta, Lilydale precooked hen breast (my fave!!!), olives, low fats Greek dressing, tomato, and cucumber! So tasty! 😄
